Anti-dumping duty set on sodium gluconate from China
A new Ministry of Trade communique sets definitive anti-dumping duties of 22.56% to 32.96% of CIF value on sodium gluconate imported from China.
A communique published in the Official Gazette on 14 October 2026 (No. 2026/31) concludes the investigation into sodium gluconate imports from China. It found the product was dumped and harmed domestic industry.
Definitive duty is charged as a percentage of CIF value under tariff position 2918.16.00.00.13: 24.43% for Shandong Fuyang Bio-Tech, 22.56% for Weifang Jianbao Biotechnology and 32.96% for all other producers. The measure took effect on the publication date and runs for five years unless a review extends it.
